Our commission covers full, hands-on management of your property:

- Monthly performance reports covering occupancy, revenue and bookings
- Concierge-level guest arrivals and local knowledge
- Professional photography coordination and listing copy across platforms
Payouts, Access & Protection
Peace of mind through our comprehensive management contract and guest agreement. However, we strongly recommend taking out specific short-term rental insurance to cover any eventuality.
Your net rental income is paid out within the first 5 business days of each month, based on the previous month's bookings. Every payout comes with a clear statement showing income, our commission, and any costs incurred.
You retain full access to your property outside of confirmed guest bookings - we operate with no sub-minimum letting periods.
Looking Ahead
As a property builds reviews and occupancy with us, it may also become part of Veida Direct - our own direct booking channel, run alongside Airbnb, at no additional cost to you.
