Most co-hosting companies stop at Airbnb. We don't. For owners ready to go further, our goal is to move your property off third-party platforms entirely and onto the Veida website - where guests find you, fall in love with your home, and book directly with us. No Airbnb. No platform fees. No middlemen.

We start by co-hosting on Airbnb, building your reviews, your occupancy, and your reputation. A concierge-level experience means guests don't just leave five-star reviews - they come back, and they refer others. We're also growing a direct audience through Instagram, email and SEO, and already have a list of overseas guests who reach out to us every season looking for places to stay on the Atlantic Seaboard - so when your property moves onto Veida, the guests are already there waiting.

The Veida platform hosts a maximum of twenty properties. There's no competition between listings - each home is presented on its own character, matched to the right guest rather than competing on price.
